"Shhh… What’s That I Hear?"
By Linda Holden & Garett Holden
Luria is afraid of the storm outside her window — the thunder rumbles, the wind howls and the rain taps against the glass. But Momma knows just what to do.
"Remember the game we played that made us less afraid?"
With a whisper and a listening ear, they turn scary sounds into something magical. Through the power of imagination and a mother’s love, Luria learns that the things that frighten us can become something wonderful. A heartwarming tale about courage, creativity and the comforting bond between parent and child, Shhh... What’s That I Hear? will inspire young readers to turn fear into fun.
