As a Brand and Content Lead for an executive education provider, I led a comprehensive brand refresh to reflect the integration of AI into their flagship leadership programs. This included developing new positioning, messaging frameworks and collateral to ensure consistency across all channels. I spearheaded the creative direction and promotional strategy for the launch of The 12-Week MBA, crafting compelling materials to support enrollment and engagement.

Collaborating closely with the President of Marketing, I designed a targeted content strategy for social platforms, tailoring messaging to key audience segments. I also managed cross-functional creative initiatives, including scripting and producing hero videos, presentations and sales enablement tools, in partnership with the CEO and Head of Product. Together, we clarified the brand's value propositions in ways that were both emotionally resonant and strategically precise.
