As a Creative Strategy Director at Native Nation, a creative influencer agency based in Belgium, I led creative and strategy discussions to develop innovative regional marketing solutions for leading brands like Frito-Lay, VOO, Special Olympics, Fitchannel, Danone and AXA.

Alongside the creative and sales teams, I worked to identify effective creative solutions that met the business goals of our clients. My role focused on concepting, design, using data and insights to inform social media strategies across channels and campaign content planning.

I provided leadership and guidance to our talented creative team, contributing ideation for major briefs and hands-on development of marketing design assets. I partnered closely with project management at every stage of the project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, to ensure that initiatives were delivered on time and budget.

In addition to client work, I was responsible for improving our internal processes, social content planning and brand refresh.

Covid presented a unique challenge so we incorporated it into the storytelling of the activation, relating to the viewer’s real-world experience. The Influencers had to find ways to keep themselves entertained at home and of course, VOO’s content offering was at the center of their creative solutions.

Custom content was developed for each Influencer and challenges were designed each day to generate content for their channels and VOO's brand handle.

#InMijnClub was an integrated concept to highlight the USP (your personal sports plan at home from any screen). Influencers and BVs including Evy Gruyaert, Tatyana Beloy, Wout Verhoeven, Heidi Van Tielen, Charlotte Renée Leysen play the leading role in both the TV spot and the videos on fitchannel.be and in the branded social content.

The first of its kind TV + SoMe integrated campaign built around influencers, inspirational quotes and healthy recipes.

“Iconic Restaurant Flavours” won a Silver Effie Award with OMD, Fitzroy & Native Nation introducing new Lay’s chip partnerships with KFC, Subway and Pizza Hut.

Custom co-branded merchandise and fast food style trays, liners and cups were given to Influencers who shared their favorite taste to boost the flavors.
